How can I request a sample before placing a full order?

We highly recommend ordering samples to see the true color and texture of our marble and tiles. You can order individual sample pieces directly through each product page for a small fee plus shipping.

What is your shipping policy for heavy stone materials?

Most orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight on protected pallets to ensure safety. Delivery is curbside, and you will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.

Do you accept returns on overage or unused tiles?

Yes, we accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return freight costs.

How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?

Measure the total square footage of your space and add a 10-15% 'waste factor' to account for cuts, breaks, and future repairs. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, we recommend 20% overage.

Are your natural stone products sealed before delivery?

Our natural stone products (marble, travertine, slate) are not pre-sealed. We strongly recommend applying a high-quality penetrating sealer after installation to protect against stains and moisture.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it clearly on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos. Contact our support team within 48 hours to initiate a replacement claim.
