Marble and Tile USA strives for complete customer satisfaction by offering a 30-day return window on all unused and uninstalled natural stone and tile products. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-fabricated items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Return Request

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.

  • 2.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the tile or marble in its original factory packaging with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged goods cannot be refunded.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and ship the items back to our designated distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the materials to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
